RECUCA, our name is our reason for being: Tour of the coffee culture.

The activities are performed in a coffee farm, appropriately designed with trails, buildings and parking, to have fun as a coffee grower.

We crack up, the most advantaged become Women and men coffee growers, dancing while we know the history of coffee.

Our Grandparents used to say: “When in Rome, do as the Romans do”.

We assume the role of the coffee farmer actively engaged in farming activities. We collect coffee with the costumes who farmers wear currently in the region.

In the post harvest, we remove the pulp, dry, thresh, toast and grind coffee, as our ancestors used to do.
